Be interesting to see how Southgate comes out of the competition. His own personal bar is set high in the sense that he got to a semi final in his only major competition as a national manager. Will anything less this time around deem him as a failure?

Billy - Wouldn't that go without saying. A QF exit would 100% be a failure. Despite his limitations I like Southgate as England manager, think he's a good fit and hope he stays on after the Euro's.
